1. We, TestCar Co., Ltd. Car Diagnostic Service, hereby confirm that we inspected the above car and found its mechanical status to be as specified in the findings noted in the inspection report.

2. We hereby confirm our guarantee of the car’s proper mechanical status according to the findings of the inspection. The guaranty is for a period of Two (2) months after the car was inspected, or for a distance of 2000 km. from the day it was inspected, whichever comes first.

3. The guaranty applies to the car’s main systems: engine (excluding wear and tear and invisible, internal corrosion), transmission, steering and suspension, chassis and frame.

4. The guaranty shall be honoured when bringing in the car for an inspection at TestCar Co.,Ltd’s facility only if you have any fault in the guaranty period that has not been identified during the diagnosis, under the conditions specified in this guaranty deed. We are not responsible for any repair done anywhere else. With the exception of a new car during its guaranty period, which shall be repaired according to our written instruction at the manufacturer or importer’s car service centre

5. TestCar Co., Ltd. is not liable for any damage of up to 4,000 Baht; damage but over 4,000 Baht shall be covered in full.

6. This guaranty is only valid when the buyer is the person requesting the inspection that has completed a transfer of ownership after the car was inspected; moreover, his name must be indicated in the car registration. This warrantee is non transferable and non endorsable.

1)During the guaranty period, the car is only used as it was meant to be, and said use is reasonable and standard, as specified by the manufacturer and according to the instructions thereof.

2)The car has undergone all of the required standard service checks, according to the manufacturers’ instructions and as the need arises thereafter.

3)No changes that are contrary to the instructions of the manufacturer and/or the Ministry of Transport have been made to the car.

4)The guaranty will only apply to assemblies that were found to be in proper working order on the day of the inspection and checked in the appropriate square.

5)TestCar Co., Ltd. must repair the assembly so that it regains its status at the time of the inspection, by using repaired and/or used parts, with the aim of restoring the car to its condition at the time of the inspection.

6)In order to dispel any doubts, TestCar Co., Ltd. has the right to replace the car’s system or systems with used systems, the quality of which shall not be inferior to the quality of the car’s systems at the time of the above inspection.

7)If any deterioration and/or malfunction were detected in the car for which its owner believes that TestCar Co., Ltd.’s guaranty applies according to this warrantee deed, the car owner shall submit his claim to TestCar Co., Ltd in writing and submit the car for inspection by TestCar Co., Ltd and/or an assessor on its behalf. Should the car owner fail to notify TestCar Co., Ltd as specified above as soon as he first becomes aware of the deterioration and/or if he fails to submit the car for inspection by TestCar Co., Ltd, the latter shall not bear any liability toward this guaranty deed.

8)Once TestCar Co., Ltd has inspected the car, it is recommended that the car buyer obtain a written price quote by a certified garage for all the defects appearing on the inspection form.

9)During the manufacturer’s guaranty period; the car will be fixed in the manufacturers’s garage under the guaranty terms of the car manufacturer and at his expense; a full report will be provide to the car owner; no claims will be accepted during this period.

1)TestCar Co., Ltd shall only be liable for any direct damage (consequential damage shall not be covered) incurred as a result of the incorrectness of the inspection report’s contents.

2)TestCar Co., Ltd is not liable for faults that were not detected because they were concealed intentionally. Furthermore, TestCar Co., Ltd. is not responsible for faults resulting from a mechanical breakage which could not be detected upon direct visual inspection or with TestCar Co., Ltd.’s detection instruments.

3)TestCar Co., Ltd is not liable for any damage incurred intentionally and/or maliciously and/or through fraudulent means and/or illegal changes to the car’s identification, registration, chassis, engine and/or the various identification numbers, with the exception of forgery that is detectable upon direct visual inspection or with TestCar Co., Ltd detection instruments.

4)In order to dispel any doubts, the car’s electronic and computer components are not covered by this or any guaranty of TestCar Co., Ltd.

5)The car buyer is solely responsible for verifying the car seller’s identity and any lien or foreclosure or third party right pertaining to the car at the Licensing Bureau and or in any authority according to law.
